Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
Your shipping method is chosen at checkout. Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (Economy) or USPS Priority Mail (Expedited) depending on which option you choose at checkout.
Orders shipped using Ground Advantage usually arrive 2-5 days after being picked up by USPS. Priority Mail orders usually take 2-3 days.
Please note, shipping times vary based on your shipping location, including taking longer for those outside the contiguous United States, and due to carrier congestion.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States but will be expanding our footprint over time. Please contact us if you live elsewhere in the world and are looking to place an order.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

All of our products are made specifically for each customer. We are therefore unable to offer refunds unless there is a damaged or defective item.
If you believe you have a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your order and we will work with you to help make it right.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we are able to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
All of our products are made specifically for each customer. We are therefore unable to offer exchanges for other colors or sizes.
If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.

Can I machine wash my items?
To maintain the quality of our products, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and with like colors followed by air drying.
